TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By booking directly with Wildes Boutique Hotel and/or their 3rd party hotel websites you agree to the following terms and conditions.
GENERAL
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service and cancel any reservation that does not meet the following terms and conditions. You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. To stay at a Wildes Boutique Hotel, a person under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, A valid credit card for pre-authorisation of $100 per room per day, and a photo ID will be required on arrival if requested. If a valid credit card is not presented a cash bond of up to $100 per room per day is required.
CANCELLATION
Bookings may be canceled up to 7 days prior to arrival with no penalty. After that time the total value of the accommodation will be charged to the credit card on file. One night will be charged for people who do not check in on the date of their booking (no-shows).
*Please Note: This Cancellation Policy does NOT apply to Special Discounted or Promotional Rates – refer to the Cancellation Policy on your confirmation email that will be specific to your booking.
CANCELLATIONS FOR DISCOUNTED AND PROMOTIONAL RATES
For example Advanced Purchases Rates, multiple-night stays and “Stay 2 and Save” Advance purchases and other specials will be charged at the time of booking. Advance purchases and other specials are non-refundable or transferable to another date.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
The Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Changes to check-in or check-out times can be arranged in advance directly with the hotel, changes are subject to availability and incur additional charges.
AT CHECK IN
A valid credit card for pre-authorizations of $100 per room per day and a photo ID will be required on arrival. If a valid credit card is not presented a cash bond of up to $100 per room per day is required.
Payment by third-party credit cards (Charge Back) may be arranged in advance by contacting the hotel directly.
RATES AND CHARGES
50% payment is taken to confirm your reservation. The balance will be charged 7 days prior to your check-in date. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged the full payment amount.
We accept only Visa and Master cards and incur a surcharge of 1.3% for each transaction. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars, per room, per night, and include GST. Direct bank transfers are also accepted prior to arrival for payments.
CHILDREN
Wildes Boutique Hotel considers children to be between 4 and 12 years. If requiring additional bedding or hotel costs this is an additional $45 per night subject to availability, Additional single beds can only be used in certain room types.
Infants 0-4 Years can stay at no additional charge if they are in their own cot or using existing bedding only.
ADDITIONAL BEDS
Roll-away beds for guests over 12 years of age are available at an additional charge of $65 per night and must be pre-paid and arranged prior to arrival and are subject to availability, Roll-away beds can only be used in certain room types.
GUESTS LIABILITY
All guests will be liable for any loss or damage to their accommodation booked and its contents, fair wear and tear accepted. All guests agree to pay the rate quoted for the entire stay and any additional charges that are billed to the room before, during, or after the stay; including but not limited to mini-bar, room service, and food and beverage outlets. Our property is non-smoking. Any guest smoking in their room may be asked to leave the hotel and will incur a charge of $400 for having the room off-line for cleaning and deodorizing. BEST RATE GUARANTEED
Wildes Boutique Hotel guarantees all guests will get the Best Available Rate when they book direct with the hotel either by phone, email, or on the hotel’s own websites. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to unpublished rates or advance purchase offers. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply if the lower rate is achieved via a currency conversion and when comparing rates both rates must have tax included or tax excluded to ensure a fair comparison.
