IS THERE A RESTAURANT ON SITE?
Wildes Dining is the perfect local eatery to experience exceptional local produce in a modern Australian style with Mediterranean influence in a laid-back contemporary environment.
Open daily for breakfast from 7:30am to 11:30am
Dinner and bar Thursday to Saturday only – 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm with bookings essential prior to arrival online at Wildes Dining | Kangaroo Valley | Open to Non-Residents.
DO WE ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS?
NO, Wildes Boutique Hotel is a cashless venue in both the hotel and the restaurant. Please let us know if this is a challenge for you prior to arrival
WHAT CARD TYPES DO WE ACCEPT?
MasterCard, and Visa only , these cards are available at a 1.3% surcharge for all transactions. We do not charge a surcharge on debit cards. Wildes Hotel Kangaroo Valley accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold a pre-authorised amount prior to arrival.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
Outside in designated areas only. All our rooms and suites are non-smoking
WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check-in at Wildes Hotel Kangaroo Valley is from 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
CAN I CHECK IN LATER THAN 6:00PM?
Yes, Reception hours are 7.00 am to 6.00 pm. Please make sure you call our friendly team to let us know you will be arriving late and we will provide you with our late check-in procedure.
IN ROOM FACILITIES
All our suites and rooms are equipped with a sink, a convection microwave, and a mini refrigerator. There is also plates, glassware, and cutlery available.
Each room is set up with a Beverage and snack bar -additional charges apply.
CAN I PARK A CAR AT WILDES?
Yes, we have underground secure car parking at Wildes Boutique Hotel. Your room key will give you access once you check-in.
ARE PETS ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY?
Yes, but limited rooms. Pets are allowed to be booked into pet-friendly specific rooms only which are limited.
Pets must be booked and paid for prior to arrival. You will need to book our pet-friendly package which includes the use of a pet bed, bowl, doggie bags, and some special arrival treats for your Fido. Subject to availability and terms and conditions.
